Who we are

Luck Briefing (luckbriefing.com) is an independent comparison website for UK residents aged 18 and over. For anything in this policy, you can reach us at hello@luckbriefing.com.

What we collect

• Contact messages. If you write to us, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply, and delete them once the matter is closed — at most after 12 months.
• Usage data. Basic, aggregated analytics such as which pages are visited and on what type of device. Where this relies on cookies, we only set them with your consent — see our Cookie Policy.
• Cookie preferences. Your accept/decline choice is stored in your own browser so we don’t ask repeatedly.

We never collect payment details, identity documents or gambling activity. We have no visibility of anything you do on an operator’s website.

Legal basis

Under UK GDPR we rely on consent (for analytics cookies), and on legitimate interests (for responding to messages and keeping the site secure). We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Affiliate links

When you click through to a casino, the destination site becomes responsible for any data it collects. Tracking parameters in our links identify this website as the referrer; they do not contain your personal information.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you, object to our processing, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Email hello@luckbriefing.com and we’ll respond within one month.
